By accessing or using the CycleGlow mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

About CycleGlow

CycleGlow is a menstrual cycle and wellness tracking application offered by:

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 9 years old to use CycleGlow
  • Users under 13 are encouraged to use the App with parental guidance
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

IMPORTANT: CycleGlow is a wellness and tracking tool, NOT a medical device.

1. Medical Diagnosis

CycleGlow does not provide a medical diagnosis and does not replace professional examination.

2. Medical Advice

All insights and AI-generated text are general in nature. Have concerns? Contact a professional.

3. Contraception

CycleGlow is NOT intended as a contraceptive method.

4. Fertility Prediction with Medical Accuracy

CycleGlow does not predict fertility with medical accuracy and must NOT be used for family planning.

Always consult a healthcare provider for medical advice, contraception or family planning.

Subscription Terms

Monthly Subscription: €6.99 per month

Yearly Subscription: €67.00 per year (20% savings)

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Cancel at any time via App Store settings → Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play settings → Subscriptions (Android)
  • Payments are charged upon confirmation of purchase
  • Upon renewal, payment is charged no later than 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • No refunds for partial months or years
  • Payments are processed exclusively by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android), CycleGlow never sees your payment details
  • Prices may vary by region and are displayed in the app prior to purchase

Cancelling: You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancelling, your access remains active until the end of the paid period. No proration or refund will be given.

App Features

CycleGlow offers the following features:

  • Menstrual cycle tracking (start, end, flow intensity)
  • Daily logging of mood, energy and symptoms
  • Cycle predictions based on your personal cycle history
  • Daily AI-generated affirmations (via OpenAI)
  • Phase-specific meditation audio
  • Insights and wellness tips per cycle phase
  • iOS widget for a quick overview on your home screen
  • Push notifications (optional, based on consent)
  • Data export in JSON format

Note: Features may be changed, added or removed. We strive to communicate changes in advance.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use CycleGlow only for lawful purposes
  • Provide accurate information
  • Not share your account credentials
  • Consult healthcare providers for medical advice
  • Not rely on CycleGlow for contraception or family planning

Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using CycleGlow, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The app uses third parties such as Supabase, OpenAI, RevenueCat, PostHog and Sentry. Refer to the Privacy Policy for a full overview of which data is shared with which services.

Limitations of Liability

CycleGlow is provided "AS IS" without warranties.

  • We are NOT liable for health-related consequences
  • We are NOT liable for loss of profit or data
  • You use CycleGlow at your own risk
  • Our total liability shall not exceed €50

Termination

You can delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.

We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Upon deletion, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
