Delete your account

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to permanently delete your CycleGlow account and data.

Delete via the app

    Open CycleGlow and go to Profile.

  2. 2

    Tap Settings, then Delete Account.

  3. 3

    Confirm the deletion. Your request is processed immediately and all personal data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

No longer have the app?

If you can't access CycleGlow anymore, submit a deletion request below and we'll delete your account and data for you.

What gets deleted

Your cycle history, mood and energy logs, AI-generated tips, account details and subscription information are permanently deleted. Pseudonymized usage data without health information may be retained by our analytics providers (PostHog, Sentry) for up to 12 months, per their own retention policies.
